Dr. Hoang earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Kansas State University. She then completed an advanced residency in ocular disease at Omni Eye Specialists in Denver, where she received specialized training in the diagnosis and management of corneal, retinal, glaucoma, oculoplastic, and refractive surgery patients.
Throughout her career, Dr. Hoang has practiced full-scope optometry, providing comprehensive eye examinations, medical eye care, specialty contact lens fittings, and myopia management. Most recently, she served as the primary provider for scleral lens fittings, disease management, and myopia control while also taking on leadership responsibilities in staff management and practice operations. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their best possible vision and long-term eye health.
Dr. Hoang has received numerous honors, including the Johnson & Johnson Award of Excellence in Contact Lenses, the Ocular Instruments Award of Excellence in Ocular Disease, and induction into the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and served as President of the Young Professionals Committee of the Colorado Optometric Association in 2023.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, Dr. Hoang enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds and providing personalized care to every individual she sees. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, exploring Denver’s newest restaurants, and spending quality time with her family.
