Office manager

Audra

Audra has been an integral part of Elevation Vision for seven years, bringing a passion for both patient care and leadership to her role as Office Manager. She especially enjoys troubleshooting glasses—finding solutions when something isn’t quite right and working with patients to help them find eyewear they truly love.

As a leader, Audra takes pride in supporting her team and creating a positive, joyful environment where both patients and staff feel welcomed and cared for. Her commitment to making each experience a great one has made her a valued part of the Elevation Vision family.

Outside the office, Audra enjoys portrait photography, spending time with her family and dog, and cheering on her favorite Denver sports teams!

Shay

Shay brings a personal understanding and genuine passion for helping patients feel confident about their eye care. Having grown up wearing glasses, Shay knows firsthand how confusing or overwhelming eye care can sometimes feel—and loves helping patients better understand their eyes while taking some of that anxiety away.

EJ

EJ is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable throughout their eye care experience. As a remote member of our team, EJ assists patients with appointments, questions, and concerns, helping make each interaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Chelice

Chelice is an experienced optician who loves helping patients find the perfect pair of glasses that fits their vision, style, and personality. One of her favorite parts of her job is having fun with different styles and helping patients find frames that make them feel confident.

She also enjoys learning about different eye conditions and continuing to expand her knowledge in the optical field so she can provide the best experience possible for every patient.

When she’s not at work, you can usually find Chelice discovering new places, catching a football game, or enjoying live music. She loves trying new things and making the most of her time outside of the office!

Daniela

Daniela is an optician who loves that every patient is uniquely different. She enjoys building personal connections, guiding patients through their visual needs, and sharing a few eye-opening facts along the way! Daniela combines her passion for clinical care and style to help patients discover the perfect frames, custom-tailor their eyewear, and have a fun experience in the process.

She finds it incredibly rewarding to see patients leave feeling confident, cared for, and excited about their new glasses.

When she’s away from the office, Daniela enjoys soaking up live music at Red Rocks with a tasty cocktail, relaxing by the water with a good book, or exploring Colorado’s mountain trails. During the winter, you’ll often find her snowboarding with good company. On quieter days, she loves relaxing at home with her cat, takeout, and a good crime thriller.

Cheryl

Cheryl loves the people and experiences that make each day in eye care unique. She especially enjoys getting to know patients, learning something new every day, and helping each person find the perfect pair of glasses to fit both their needs and their style. Her friendly, personalized approach makes the eyewear experience enjoyable and comfortable for everyone she meets.
